Analytical therapy is used to discover the original cause of a psychological problem, using hypnoanalysis.
It can be summarised briefly as the doctrine of cause and effect. Every effect, your symptom, must have a cause. Once that cause is revealed, and not necessarily to your conscious mind, it is removed, bringing consequent relief from the symptoms.
You don't have to live with it
There is no need to put up with something that lives inside you but feels outside your control, provided you are prepared to devote a little time and motivation to freeing yourself of the unwanted situation. Most conditions respond particularly well to Hypno Solution Therapy in just a few sessions.
What happens in a hypnoanalysis session
Nothing is dramatic and nothing is forced. You sit comfortably, you are guided into a relaxed state, and you are invited to talk freely about whatever comes to mind. You stay fully aware of the room and of yourself throughout, and you can stop at any point.
The work is done by following where your own mind leads rather than by anyone deciding in advance what the problem must be. Over the course of the sessions, the material that has been held out of reach comes into view, and the emotion attached to it is released. That release is what ends the symptom.
Analytical therapy or suggestion therapy?
Both are hypnotherapy, and they do different jobs. Suggestion therapy speaks directly to a behaviour, which is why it works so well for something like stopping smoking. Analytical therapy goes after the reason the behaviour or the feeling exists in the first place.
How many sessions does analytical therapy take?
Most conditions respond particularly well in just a few sessions. It is not open-ended therapy that runs for years. It does ask for your time and your motivation, because the work happens through what you bring to each session, and the pace depends on the individual rather than on a fixed programme.
What analytical therapy is used for
It suits anything where the cause is not obvious to you. That includes long-standing anxiety, panic attacks that arrive without warning, low mood, guilt, poor self-esteem, fears and phobias with no remembered starting point, obsessive behaviour and physical symptoms with an emotional root.
Personal, and completely confidential
Whatever your individual needs, you can be assured of the utmost personal attention throughout. And it goes without saying that all therapy work remains strictly confidential and anonymous.

Analytical therapy pairs naturally with Timeline Therapy, and supports work on anxiety, self-esteem and other deeper-rooted issues. See how a session works.
